I thought I would give you all a visual on The Doorwall to Nowhere that Honey is contemplating building a deck for.
This doorwall is in The Ab-Cat’s room. Since no one can use it, it is basically a big window with a big screen. It catches a nice breeze that she and the cats enjoy. So it’s not a total waste. She actually does not like the cats in her room. They are thieves.
Today is Katie’s rescheduled bladder stone/hysterectomy surgery. If you could keep a little 6 pound Yorkie in your prayers, we would much appreciate it. I know that Abby is worried about her little pal.
On another note, our new glider/rocking chairs for the family room came yesterday! Capri Patt, I think I am going to love them! I asked the delivery man to put them in the dining room and I then shut the french doors. Because all three cats don’t get declawed until next Wednesday, and I can’t take the chance that they will want to feel the new chairs. With their claws.
It would appear that we are all about animal anesthesia lately.

That’s funny that there isn’t a deck there. It does kinda look like just a big window though.

I think a deck would be sweet. What would be even better is a pool and/or hot tub integrated in the whole thing. I bet Butch would love the hot tub when all is said and done!

Doorwall… did you know that the only place people use that word is in Michigan? Every where else it is “sliding glass door”. Seems to me doorwall is easier and makes more sense. Just a little FYI for the day.
