Broken Record

Ya’All, WE DID IT!!!!!!!

We shattered the snowfall record from the winter of 1880-1881!!  Shattered was their word on the news.

I was not the only one hoping for this outcome, as evidenced by the Google search this morning.

We only needed 1.3 inches and we got 3.1. How’s that for a transposition??

The snow is only on stuff, not even the cement.  It looks purty out there. After the weekend temperatures in the 70s, 22 degrees feels brisk. They are predicting it will be gone in two shakes of a lambs tail.

In two shakes of a lamb’s tail

Fig. in a very short time; very quickly.

The phrase, ‘two shakes of a lamb’s tail’ is a term used to state an action will be quick, since lambs shake their tails fast. It is thought to have originated in the United States.

You’re welcome.

I don’t know what is going on there in the pool cover. Crop circles?

Ok, now the snow can get the heck out of Michigan. Bring on the spring!!!!!!!
