What’s Going On

Greetings from grey dismal Michigan. Man, it’s foggy and gloomy out there. On the plus side, it’s been in the 40s.

Honey got his cleaning groove on yesterday and took off our shower doors, gave them a good scrubbing and then an application of Rain-X. They look BEAUTIMOUS!

After that we went to Q’Doba, or as it translates in my mind, Ebola, with the Girls and we then did a little more Christmas shopping.

There are a couple more purchases to be made on Amazon, a little more this and that to be found in stores, and something to craft before I call Christmas done.

On Sunday the Girls were dropping like flies. The Ab-Cat was in the throes of a cold and Mousey seemed feverish and nauseated. Hopefully they have contained the contamination.

The Girls and I watched a cute movie called What If. It starred Daniel Radcliffe, or you might know him better as Harry Potter. The Girls both felt he did a very good job and they didn’t think of him as Harry even once.

We DVRd The Holiday with Kate Winslet and Cameron Diaz because Mousey said she had never seen it. Whaaaat? Abby and I especially like the story line with Kate and Jack Black and the older gentleman. We like the Jude Law parts too. Unfortunately most of his parts are with the annoying Cameron Diaz, whose parts are always painful to watch.

I was glad to see some love for The Land of the Giants yesterday in the comments!!! I wonder if that show is on Netflix or on DVD at the library? It would probably be hilarious to watch.

Mr. Fitzhugh from Giants and Dr. Zachary Smith from Lost in Space would have been fast friends. Or killed each other.

Land of the Giants had Barry’s little dog, Lost in Space had Penny’s Bloop Debbie. I used to think I wanted a Bloop, mainly because I wanted to BE Penny Robinson. Which would you have rather had.

I wrapped some presents yesterday!!!! They are placed attractively behind the chairs and around little table the ceramic Christmas tree sits on. Still trying to believe that no actual Christmas tree is OK.

IT’S OK.

Alright. Much to do today, better get cracking.

You did it, Q’doba is now Ebola…forever. Thanks for the movie suggestions, I have confidence in your recommendations!
